RECRUITING PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO)

DTS RPO is your answer to an internal Talent Team. This model provides companies with an internal Recruitment Team that is spearheaded by a ROBUST TALENT ENGINE minus the cost. On average our RPO services have saved over $400k in agency fees.

Our RPO service delivers Quality applicants in a Timely Manner, engages internal leadership in building morale and Diversity initiatives, and creates high-performing teams which increase collaboration and cohesiveness. ALL RPO services come with a minimum of one Talent Manager and 2 Recruiters, depending on the size of the company and requisition load this could increase.

DTS will work to help to fill your current need for upper or lower management needs that are Diversity Driven. This service agreement allows you to work with other agencies and allow DTS to work on multiple positions. We will host a Kick-off call, and provide a debrief, weekly feedback cadences/ emails, and insight into the market. The insight provided will include salaries, locations, industry norms, and a snapshot of the Diverse Climate.

CONTIGENCY RECRUITING

RETAINER RECRUITING

DTS will act as the sole provider for a niche role. During this journey, DTS will host a Kick-off call, and provide a debrief, weekly feedback cadences/ emails, and insight into the market.

This service comes with 2 dedicated professionals and a researcher. All of the applicant details, industry, salary, organizational, and market research will be included in a PDF at the end of the process. A weekly list of applicants and engagement along with a competitor’s organizational chart will accompany at the conclusion of the search.

We will guarantee placement for up to 12 months. This search is broken down into 3 fees which are initial (start), middle (final interviews), and end (offer acceptance).

RETAINER RECRUITING

Contracts/Project Based

DTS will help you on a Talent Project, this can be brought on by Merger & Acquisition activity or the win of a large contract. We will act temporarily as your internal team during the need of the contract/project, and help build out organizational charts, gaps, and succession plans to hire, relocate or replace bulk Talent (10+ employee need).

This will provide your current Talent team the needed bandwidth to work on currently open requisitions while inviting in a different perspective to Talent.

Have you ever wanted to “Try It, before you Buy-It” Temporary employment provides you, with that solution. DTS will find your talent and payroll them on an hourly or salary basis through our internal payroll service.

We offer full background, education, drug & credit checks. Employees are paid weekly, and benefits are offered through our service.
